 Working Principle:

The Jaw crusher is mainly composed of frame,eccentric shaft,big belt wheel,movable jaw plate, hydraulic injection system,side board ,toggle plate,back stall of toggle plate,tension rod, resetting spring,fixed jaw plate and so on. 

The toggle plate also plays  the role of insurance.The crushing type of this series crusher is extrusion,The motor  drives the belt wheel ,and makes movable jaw up and down by eccentric shaft.When the movable jaw rise,

the stuff will be crushed in this process.The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw crusher decreases when moving jaw moves down,the moving jaw leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring,the final crushed stuff 

will be discharged from the outlet,Along with the continuous rotation of motor ,the jaw crusher  do periodic crushing and discharging to realize mass production.
